Our Guarantee/Refund Policy:
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We cover our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will replace the product or offer you a refund. Perishable products cannot be returned or refunded.
Substitution Policy:
We reserve the right to substitute product. In the event we are out of stock or an item has been discontinued, we will substitute with a product of equal or greater value.
Payment & Order Processing:
All orders are placed using a credit card. All of our credit card processing is done through PayPal. You may pay using your PayPal account or by just entering a credit card number. A
PayPal account is NOT required. Orders are processed and shipped in the order in which we receive them. Most orders placed during business hours will ship the same or next business day, however some orders may take up to three to five business days depending upon the availability of the products ordered.
We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
Shipping:
All of our gifts our shipped via UPS ground service unless otherwise stated. Weekends and holidays are not included in shipping times. Please see chart of estimated delivery times. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We regret that we cannot ship to Alaska , Canada and Hawaii .
We do not ship to hospitals
Taxes:
As required by Illinois law, state and local tax are applied to all purchases.Purchases shipped to addresses outside of Illinois have no sales tax applied. There is no sales tax applied to cost of shipping.
